Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort Unveils Infinity Beach Club’s Exclusive New Dining Experience

Willemstad, Curaçao – Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort proudly announces the debut of its new, exclusive dinner concept at the Infinity Beach Club, launching August 14, 2025. This fresh dining experience—open to resort guests, tourists visiting and locals—offers a one-of-a-kind evening where culinary artistry meets Curaçao’s most breathtaking oceanfront setting.

Guiding this new chapter is Bhumi Upadhya, the resort’s newly appointed Director of Culinary Operations. With extensive international experience and a passion for bold, globally inspired flavors, Chef Upadhya has crafted a curated, shared dining menu designed to spark conversation and connection. Guests will indulge in flavor-packed small plates which you can perfectly pair with a hand-selected wine list and handcrafted cocktails.

Set against the unmatched backdrop of Infinity Beach’s elevated shoreline, the experience invites guests to sink their toes in the sand, dine under the stars, and capture memories worthy of any Instagram post. Limited seating ensures personalized service and an intimate atmosphere—ideal for couples, honeymooners, anniversary dinners, proposals, birthday celebrations, or simply a “treat yourself” night out.

Infinity Beach Club will host this exclusive dining event every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with live entertainment every Thursday evening. Enjoy dishes like Harissa-Rubbed Lamb Chops, Grilled Marinated Salmon, Aji Amarillo Tiradito, Red Snapper, Beef Tenderloin, Pan-Roasted Snapper, King Scallop and many more.
